Mentoring is reciprocal and collaborative long-term relationship; the purpose of the mentoring programs is to see growth. We help my mentees to develop their understanding quickly, this is an ongoing process as we are trying to change behaviours. We support our mentees professional and through personal development.

2. Who can join the professional mentoring programs?

Anyone who has someone that reports into them, this can be one direct report or a team of employees. This is usually CEO’s, VP’s, Directors, Head of departments, Mangers, Team leaders, Supervisors. Basically, anyone that manages people. Based within large / medium size companies.

3. Who can join the personal mentoring programs?

Business owners, Entrepreneurs, Solopreneurs, and anyone that manages small teams within small organisations.

4. What is the difference between the professional and personal mentoring programs?

The professional mentoring programs are focused on building self-awareness, people management, leadership styles and goal setting. The personal mentoring programs are longer as we focus on the above areas for a longer period and we also dive into areas that entrepreneurs struggle with such as time management, being organised, HR processes and policies, revenue, having the right mindset and overcoming unlimited belief. We also tailor this program to the need of the individual.

5. When can you join the mentoring programs?

You can join the mentoring programs at any time.

6. What day and time are the mentoring sessions?

This is totally up to you, we can work around your schedule, we will set a day and time that is suitable to your schedule, the mentoring sessions will be on the same day and time each week for consistency.

We offer 2 options; the first option is a one off payment and we also offer monthly instalment plans.
