I’m Simone Doswell, a UK-based Leadership Mentor / HR Consultant who helps managers become outstanding leaders in the workplace. Having experienced being on the front line of management, I understand the privilege and the struggle of being an everyday manager. Sometimes, the struggle is hard to bear, especially if you’re unsure of how to lead a team looking for your support and guidance.
With over 17 years’ of experience in management, multiple certifications, leading teams of more than 100, and working with global brands. I know what it takes to cultivate a thriving team to create a productive work environment.
The management role is a role of great responsibility, and should the person in the position be ineffective, the repercussions on the staff and the business can be devastating. I created the Build Your Vision Mentorship Program to support those in positions of leadership by providing the necessary tools, & processes needed to lead a team with excellence. When you know how to effectively lead, your workforce will be more productive, more engaged and will therefore, produce quality results.
